NU's Suh ranked as Big 12's sixth-best
ESPN.com Big 12 Conference writer/blogger Tim Griffin has published an interesting list of the best players in the league for this coming season.
Not surprisingly, 2008 Heisman Trophy winner Sam Bradford of Oklahoma tops the list, followed fellow quarterback Colt McCoy of Texas. Oklahoma State wide receiver Dez Bryant is third, Oklahoma tight end Jermaine Gresham is fourth and Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin rounds out the top five.
The amount of preseason expectations that have been built up for Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was evident as he was the top defensive player on the list at No. 6. I-back Roy Helu was the only other Cornhusker to crack the top 40, checking in at No. 20.
