Nebraska-Colorado predictions

BOULDER, Colo. -- Fans have been dusting a little snow off their seats and the windchill factor is 15 degrees, but it's about time to kick things off in the annual battle between Nebraska and Colorado.

Most suspect this will be the final game for Cornhuskers coach Bill Callahan and his staff. That decision will likely be announced Saturday. Now, it's time for some football.

The picks:

--Terry Douglass, sports editor: Colorado, 41-34
--Bob Hamar, assistant sports editor: Nebraska, 28-24
--Brian Ayers, sports writer: Nebraska 34-17
